TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE & LIABILITY WAIVER

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU (THE “BUYER”) AND THE OPERATOR OF THIS WEBSITE (THE “SELLER”). BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER OR COMPLETING PAYMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

ARTICLE I: ORDER CANCELLATION & SHIPPING POLICY

1. Fulfillment Grace Period (Pre-Shipment) The Buyer may request a full cancellation and refund only within 48 to 72 hours after the order is placed, provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. During this period, if the warehouse has not generated an international shipping label, a full refund will be granted without penalty.

2. Irrevocability of Shipment Due to the complexity of intercontinental logistics, ALL SHIPMENTS ARE IRREVOCABLE once initiated.

  • Once an order status is updated to “Shipped” or a Tracking Number has been generated, the logistics service is deemed fully executed.
  • The Seller cannot intercept, recall, or reroute packages once they are handed over to international carriers.
  • Consequently, no cancellations, changes, or refund requests will be accepted for orders that are in transit.

3. International Shipping & Customs Delivery times provided are estimates based on third-party carrier data. The Buyer agrees to assume the risk of delays caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to customs inspections, airline schedule changes, or global logistics disruptions.

ARTICLE II: HYGIENE EXEMPTION & RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

1. Sanitary Goods Exemption Pursuant to international consumer protection standards (including the exemptions outlined in the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(e)), the products sold herein are classified as “Sealed Goods for Private/Intimate Use.”

  • For reasons of public health and hygiene, these items are EXEMPT from standard “Right of Withdrawal” or “Cooling-off Period” regulations.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the item has been dispatched.

2. No Resale Policy Due to the intimate nature of the products, returned items cannot be sanitized for resale. Therefore, we strictly deny any refund requests based on “Buyer’s Remorse,” “Change of Mind,” or “Incompatible Preference.”

ARTICLE III: CRAFTSMANSHIP & MATERIAL DISCLAIMER

1. Non-Defect Declaration The Buyer acknowledges that the products are manufactured using medical-grade Silicone/TPE via a high-temperature molding process. The following characteristics are defined as “Standard Manufacturing Artifacts” and shall NOT be deemed as defects, damage, or quality issues:

  • Mold Lines / Parting Lines: Visible lines on the sides of the product resulting from the casting molds.
  • Injection Marks: Minor marks located in discreet areas where the material was injected.
  • Surface Micro-Imperfections: Slight air bubbles or minor surface indentations inherent to the material curing process.

2. Acceptance of Quality By placing an order, the Buyer explicitly accepts these industry-standard characteristics. The Seller reserves the right to reject any dispute or chargeback claim arising from these visual traits.

ARTICLE IV: COMPLIANCE, CSAM & CONTENT STANDARDS

1. Age Requirement The Buyer certifies that they are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to purchase adult-themed private goods.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAM

  • Strict Prohibition: The Seller maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We do not produce, sell, distribute, or host any content that depicts, promotes, or implies sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Age of Depicted Characters: All characters, figures, or anthropomorphic representations featured in our products, packaging, and marketing materials are explicitly designed and depicted as consenting adults over the age of 18.

3. Artistic Stylization Disclaimer

  • Please note that some products may utilize stylized artistic expressions (e.g., Anime or Manga style). Such stylization is strictly an aesthetic choice and does not indicate or imply that the subject is a minor. All anatomical proportions and contextual settings are intended for an adult audience only.
  • No Real Human Nudity: Product images displayed on the website are photographs of silicone/TPE manufacturing samples. They do not depict real human beings.

ARTICLE V: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Private Use Only The products sold are Adult Novelties intended solely for private entertainment. The Seller makes no medical claims regarding the use of these products.

2. Legal Responsibility The Seller shall not be held liable for any misuse of the product or for any violation of local laws regarding the possession of such items in the Buyer’s specific jurisdiction. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with their local importation and possession laws.
